D’ New Victoria School Foundation of the Philippines, Inc. (D’NVSFPI) stands at a critical crossroads in Philippine education. Recognizing that schools often face "fragmentation"—where values are taught in isolation from science, and global standards are adopted at the cost of local identity—D’NVSFPI has developed a comprehensive Vision-Mission-Values-Philosophy (V-M-V-P) Framework.

1. From Compartmentalization to Coherence
In many schools, subjects are "silos." At D’NVSFPI, we bridge the gap. We ensure that a math lesson isn't just about numbers, but about achieving Economic Liberty; that a science experiment isn't just about data, but about Care for the Environment. Our framework creates an educational ecosystem where everything is connected.
2. Local Roots, Global Wings
We reject the idea that "International Standards" must mean "Western-centric." Our students analyze global challenges like climate change through the lens of local realities—such as Philippine agrarian reform or barangay waste management. We produce Global Citizens who are locally rooted and ready to lead in their own communities first.

We do not treat "Values Education" as a once-a-week subject. Instead, our VICTORIA values are the "pedagogical infrastructure" of the school:
